TAH was formed in 1977 and is now  wholly owned by the Parable Trust who acquired TAH from international investors in November 2006.  The Parable Trust remains closely tied with TAH and two of the founding member of the trust are now the Chairman (Robert Conway) and CEO (Philip Louis) of TAH.
