At TAH we not only attract and retain staff of the highest calibre but we actively encourage their on-going career development, as such we support our staff in gaining and maintaining industry qualifications.
For example we have three consultants who are currently professional Members of the British Computer Society (MBCS), one of whom is Chartered (CITP). Within our technology areas we have consultants holding both Microsoft and SAP Business Objects Certifications:
· Microsoft SQL Server and BI IT Professionals (MCITP)
· Microsoft SharePoint and SQL Server Technology Specialists (MCTS)
· SAP Business Objects XI (3.0) Migration Specialists (BECP)
We also take our training capabilities very seriously and so all our official trainers not only work as experienced field consultants, but have also been accredited under the TAP Learning System. In addition we also have a number of Ralph Kimball University Alumni and registered Prince2 Practitioners within our ranks. |
