We create a checklist of all the aspects of the migration and methodically work through them to ensure and demonstrate that the migration has been successful.  We can work within a prescribed timetable, to avoid peak seasons for example.  We capture the environment specific to you and show how each element will be mapped onto the XI deployment.

Rather than replicate an environment which you know to be less than ideal, you can use this migration as an opportunity to refine and improve the resulting output.  We can offer advice and make recommendations of how to review and restructure your Business Objects world to take greater advantage of the features in the new release.
